SureCore and Intrinsic have announced a collaborative agreement to accelerate time to market for Intrinsic’s Resistive Random-access Memory (ReRAM) technology.

Intrinsic’s ReRAM looks to address the challenges faced by SoC developers seeking an embedded non-volatile storage solution for 22nm and smaller nodes now that flash is no longer a viable option. The technology has many advantages including flash-like density coupled with SRAM access times.

A wide range of applications will be able to benefit from such a solution including automotive, medical, wearables, AI, edge-AI and AIoT.
